Logging into your QQ Mailbox account doesn’t have to be a stressful experience – with this easy guide, you’ll get access to your emails in no time. Learn how to find the log-in page, enter your username and password correctly, and complete the two-step authentication process for a secure connection.

Go to qq.com.
To get started, open your web browser and type qq.com into the address bar. This page is your main hub for all of your mailbox related activities, from emailing to file storage and calendar synchronization. Simply click on the “Mail” box at the top of the page to access all of your mail services.
Enter your QQ ID and password on the right side of the page.
Once you’ve clicked “Mail”, you should see a login box on the right side of the page. Here, you’ll need to enter your QQ ID and password. If you don’t have an existing QQ account, you can easily sign up for one by clicking the “Sign Up” link in the lower left corner of the login box. Once everything is submitted, click “Login” and you will be taken to your mailbox!
Click “Login” or “Sign In”.
Now that you’ve entered your QQ ID and password, it’s time to click the “Login” or “Sign In” button to access your mail! Here, once you have clicked the login button, a new window will pop-up asking you if you want to save the password. For maximum security reasons, it is highly recommended that you don’t check this box with your QQ ID and password stored. Instead, enter them in each time for the added protection of your account.
Check that you are logged in correctly by locating your username near the top right corner of the page after logging in successfully.
The Username and Password field located in the top right corner of the page should say your name, like “James Smith.” If it doesn’t, double check that you are typing in your correct QQ ID (six-digit number) and password. If you still can’t log in, contact our customer service to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
